Cinnamon –> Fire
Frankincense –> Water

Jasmine –> Water, to a lesser extent earth.

Myrrh –> Spirit (Akasha)

Don't be discouraged when you don't always get quick results from your spells.

Sometimes there are processes involved where you need to self transform. Yes, sometimes YOUR viewpoints need to change. Times when YOUR ego and emotions need to be put in check. YOUR priorities need to be reevaluated.

Yep, there are instances when the universal rhythm will deem it more needful for you to learn valuable lessons . . . Thus, you need to wait -- or even have your desires overruled for the best interests . . .

One main question is -- how will you handle what unfolds -- in the processes?

Gratitude is magickal, too . . .
