Hi -
I've been drinking black tea for more than a month. Today, for the first time, I decided to drink it without sugar. I noticed that it's better that way.
Well, lo and behold, after drinking some black tea, I looked up info about it. The article -- link below -- recommends drinking it without additives such as milk and sugar. I just started THAT practice this morning -- no sugar added -- BEFORE I read the subject article.
Wow, the benefits of black tea are considerably healthy and helpful!
