Came across this and figured I would share.
These are called "Bay leaves"
Many people add bay leaves to foods especially jollof rice (Nigerian), red meat and poultry but do you know why bay leaves are added to food?
When asked why, some reply: to add flavor to the food👐
Do you know that If you boil some bay leaves in a glass of water and taste it, it will have no flavor?
Now why do you put bay leaves in the meat?

Cut the chicken in half and cook each half in a pan and place on one bay leaf, and the other without bay leaf and observe the amount of fat in both pans.

The man in the video mentions about a specific Shungite magnet from a particular website.  I went to the site and saw that the price was about $40 for the subject magnet. 

I decided to go to Amazon and found a Shungite magnet for $10.00.  The one from the subject site, however, may be more potent than the one from Amazon.  I'm trying the Amazon less expensive one first.  If I deem it reasonable, I may later get the magnet from the site www.cosmicreality.net.  

In the video, link below, the narrator mentions how he has tested a lemon, and food that was marked expired.  He expressed that after applying the magnet to the OUTSIDE of his fridge, the subject food lasted LONGER . . .  He tells about that starting at about the 6:20 mark on the video through about the 10:19 mark on it.
